TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Warranty of Merchantability
All our goods are in excellent condition for sale, except Vintage parts which may contain some wear and tear at the point of time when it has been acquired.
2) Price
All our prices are nett and prices in Singapore dollats.
3) Confirmation of Order
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer upon successful submission of the eclectronic order. This order confirmation notice shall be sent within 24 hours from the time of the order. This order confirmation email will include payment instructions for you to complete the payment. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
4) Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid I the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. We will accept order cancellations only for genuine and valid reasons.
We shall not honour any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
5) Product Desciptions
Miss Confidance and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Miss Confidance does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Miss Confidance has done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown in our website. However, because the colours you will see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate. Measurements and descriptions have been provided to the best of our ability.
6) Indemity
Jewellery parts are made from a variety of metal, glass, crystal, plastic, ceramic and resin components. We are not responsible if you have an allergic reaction to any of the components.

8) Discount codes, Promotions & Vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS POLICY
Good once sold, will not be accepted for return or refund. All items are checked for defects and carefully warpped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery. However, it items(s) were to arrive in bad condition (e.g. smashed, broken pieces), we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange if the parts are still available.
For exchanges, we reserve the rights to do an exchange only for a genuine product defects spotted at the time of receipt of items. Customers must contact us within 3 working days from date of receipt of goods for exchanges. Otherwise, all our goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please onclude an underwriting of the Order ID, your email, full name, contact number and most importantly, your address in your correspondence.
We will not be responsible for any exchanges, refunds or repairs due to wear and tear incurred during their course of daily usage, or goods lost in transit while shipping and damages arising from shipping.
